Sunway Hotel Big Box

Next to / Walking distance to various shops (cafes, family restaurants, groceries, furniture, clothing, sports, books, big cinema & family parks (outdoor & indoor)). A lot of parking space, clean hotel, speed internet / wifi, helpful staff (check in, check out & room) & takes less than 10 minutes to reach Legoland, Puteri Harbour & Iskandar Puteri Town. This is going to be 1 of my family top place to stay when visit Johor Bahru / Nusajaya.

Room is big and clean. Room is very spacious, more than enough for a family of 4 without having to pay for an extra bed as there is a sofa bed.

The room we got was spacious and very cosy. Location wise it is very accessible and even has a mall located downstairs. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.

Big hotel with many shops around whilst not being in the city. Upon check in, I was advised that the linen was late so it would be a delay until room was ready. Not their fault so totally understand. 5pm comes around so I went back to check? It took a while because every single person checking in was complaining about the wait! Omg chill people, they were abusing the staff. One guy walked into the back of the reception desk and stood over the poor girl and demanded his room key. What an idiot. Finally it came to my turn and I decided to politely ask, if possible, would you be willing to offer a breakfast voucher due to the later check in? She said yes off course air! I felt great! She felt great! This is how normal people communicate! And how a great hotel makes up for the short comings. Sucked in to the guy that was rude, he got nothing. Rude people deserve nothing!

Amenities around the hotel make it more convenient for my family to shop around without having to travel out to go to another shopping mall. Service rendered by the hotel staff is excellent. They accede to my request fast.
